About C.A.P.
The City of Grace's Community Assistance Program provides assistance to those experiencing life challenges and serves as a bridge to connect members and the community to support groups for financial, legal, employment, and housing (senior citizens, half-way and rehabilitation) assistance. Mental health and substance abuse counseling support is also available.
